All The Soap Co-Stars Justin Hartley Has Married And Divorced
Many fans may recognize actor Justin Hartley from his role as Kevin Pearson on NBC's smash hit series "This Is Us." During the show's run, Kevin was portrayed as a mixed-up Hollywood star who was traumatized by his father's untimely death and also a bit of a playboy. On The Rich Eisen Show, Hartley recently said of his on-screen alter-ego, "There's not always a happy ending right around the corner. So, for years, [Kevin] was going through this thing...which is life. And I appreciated that."
However, fans of daytime television will likely remember that Hartley got his start in the soap opera world. Although the actor has appeared on shows such as "Revenge," "Emily Owens M.D.," and "Mistresses," he is well-remembered for his breakout role as Nicholas Foxworth "Fox" Crane on NBC's former supernatural sudser "Passions." Hartley appeared on the show from 2002 until 2006. In 2014, Hartley returned to the soap opera world when he stepped into the shoes of the beloved character Adam Newman on "The Young and the Restless." However, just two years later, the actor departed the soap opera to focus on his gig at "This Is Us," per Soaps.
While it seems that Hartley has left his soap opera days behind, he has his tenure on daytime TV to thank for several of his romantic relationships, including his current marriage.
Justin Hartley met his first wife Lindsay Korman on the set of Passions
Justin Hartley met his first wife, Lindsay Korman-Hartley, when they became co-stars on "Passions" in the early 2000s. Korman portrayed the role of Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald on the soap opera, and although her character was obsessed with Ethan Winthrop, she and Hartley's character Fox Crane did have a fling, per Soap Central. Korman and Hartley began dating in 2003 and were said to have a whirlwind romance. According to The Sun, the pair got engaged later that year and tied the knot in May 2004. Just a few months later, Korman and Hartley welcomed their daughter, Isabella.
Korman and Hartley were married for eight years before ending their marriage in 2012. The couple cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their divorce and have remained close friends and co-parents to their daughter ever since.
In 2020, Korman shared her love for Hartley when she posted a sweet message about him on Instagram. "Today, I appreciate my ex-husband Justin for not only being [an] exemplification of a solid man but for being my dear friend and devoted father to our daughter," she wrote.
Justin Hartley has also tied the knot with soap stars Chrishell Stause and Sofia Pernas
One year after filing for divorce from Lindsay Korman, Justin Hartley began dating Chrishell Stause, according to US Weekly. Soap opera fans recognize the actress from her work on many sudsers, as she previously appeared as Amanda Dillon on "All My Children" from 2005 until 2011. Then, in 2013, she started her stint as Jordan Ridgeway on "Days of Our Lives," and in 2016, she joined Hartley on "The Young and The Restless" as Bethany Bryant. She's also known for her work on the reality TV series "Selling Sunset." Stause and Hartley first met at a concert via a mutual friend and quickly formed a connection. The couple began dating in 2013 and walked down the aisle four years later. Sadly, after just two years of marriage, Hartley filed for divorce.
Shortly after his divorce from Stause, Hartley confirmed his relationship with his former "Young and the Restless" co-star Sofia Pernas. The couple dated for one year before they took things to the next level. "We got married in March, and we are so happy," Hartley told Haute Living in December 2021. "Even though we've only been married a few months, it's hard to remember what it was like without her."
It appears that Hartley has his days in the soap opera industry to thank for the great loves of his life.
