Harry Styles' Former Los Angeles Home Hits The Market With Famous Realtor
Ever fancied living with Harry Styles? Well, now you can have (kind of!) the next best thing by living in a house he used to own. The only thing you need? A few million dollars in the bank. And when we say a few million, we mean $7.995 million to be exact, according to The Oppenheim Group's listing. It turns out that a sprawling Los Angeles home that used to belong to the former One Direction singer has hit the market, and it's being sold with a little help from a familiar face you may just recognize.
That person? We'll give you a few hints. She's one of the glamorous cast members on the glitzy Netflix reality hit "Selling Sunset," she hit the headlines for a rumored interaction with Ben Affleck on the celebrity dating app Raya (this was all pre his reconciliation with now wife Jennifer Lopez, of course) and she loves empanadas so much she started her very own business selling them. Think you know who we're talking about yet?
Emma Hernan is selling Harry Styles' former home
Yep! It's none other than "Selling Sunset" star Emma Hernan who landed the prestigious listing that Harry Styles used to call home. Speaking about the stunning property, Hernan explained, per People, that it's in a highly sought after location near the prestigious Sunset Strip, and it sounds like it gave the Brit a good taste of California. "[It has] a flowing, functional floor plan that embraces easy California living with great outdoor space," she shared. Of course, this is Harry Styles we're talking about, so the property is certainly fit for a star with all the amenities you could dream of. According to The Oppenheim Group's listing, it has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a hot tub, and, of course, a pool.
But don't think if you book a viewing with Hernan that you might get lucky and see Styles taking a dip in that pool or enjoying the infinity-edge tub or walk-in shower. The "Watermelon Sugar" singer bought the property in 2016 for $6.87 million, per Architectural Digest, but sold it just three years later. It sounds like its current owner got quite a deal too, as Styles sold it for around $870,000 less than he originally paid, The Hollywood Reporter claimed. But while no one likes to take a figurative almost $900,000 bath, that's pretty much chump change to the Brit. According to Celebrity Net Worth, the star has an eye watering net worth of $100 million.
