Who Is Danielle Olivera's Boyfriend On Summer House?
Are you watching "Summer House" on Bravo? Well, if not, you should be. The reality show is widely considered one of the network's best. Unlike the network's crown jewel franchise, "The Real Housewives," "Summer House" is pretty chill. The series follows a group of wealthy, attractive, young New York socialites who rent an extravagant house in the Hamptons each summer. During the weekends spent at the summer house, the cast drinks, parties, and hooks up, leading to all kinds of drama.
Danielle Olivera might not be a fan favorite, but she's still an integral pot-stirrer in the "Summer House" cast. Olivera has been around since Season 2. The reality star has the storyline of a typical New Yorker: She works way too hard. Her busy schedule is a constant plot point of the show, as she struggles to balance her work in fintech with her social life and long-term relationship with Robert Sieber, according to Bravo.
What do we know about the man behind the star, though? What's the deal with Sieber, and where does he see their relationship going?
Robert Sieber has a high-powered job
Danielle Olivera met her one and only, Robert Sieber, where she was working for the summer as a reality star — in the Hamptons. At the time she was not looking for anything serious, she told Showbiz CheatSheet. That all changed when she laid eyes on Seiber, who was working as the private chef at a dinner party Olivera attended in 2020. "When a hot chef comes out to your table, you notice," she told the outlet. It is fitting that Sieber and Olivera were introduced at work because their careers are a huge part of their lives.
It turns out Olivera isn't the only one with a high-powered career. Sieber is right there with her, albeit in a different field. Sieber is a very successful chef. So successful, in fact, that even at this young age (he's in his 20s), he's already heading up a bougie restaurant in Aspen called The Snow Lodge. The Snow Lodge is the Colorado outpost of the famed The Surf Lodge in Montauk where Olivera has worked since 2017 (via Distractify). The Snow Lodge, located within the St. Regis Aspen Resort, offers guests an intimate place to enjoy "seasonal cuisine, innovative cocktails, and live entertainment," according to its website.
The job keeps Sieber incredibly busy. As culinary director of both The Surf Lodge and The Snow Lodge, he splits his time between the east and west coasts. Of course, all that travel makes it hard to balance things with Olivera.
Danielle Olivera and Robert Sieber are taking it slow
When it comes to taking the next step, it seems the fates have been against them. When Robert Sieber and Danielle Olivera decided to get a place together in Brooklyn, Sieber got the job offer to open The Snow Lodge in Aspen just a few days later. "Robert moved into our new apartment in Williamsburg, BK [on December 1st] and then packed up and moved to Aspen, CO on [December 5th]," Olivera said during an Instagram live (via Bravo). "He's the culinary director for the Snow Lodge in Aspen and the Surf Lodge in Montauk. He'll come back home in April, hopefully, take a little time off, and then go to Montauk for summer," she continued. As Olivera explained it, they're technically living together, but also doing long distance. "It's crazy but we are figuring it out."
Olivera and Sieber seem to be making the distance work — just don't hold your breath for any bigger commitments anytime soon. Sieber and Olivera have been together for almost three years, but they probably won't be getting engaged in the near future. When it comes to taking the next step with Sieber, Olivera is hesitant — at least the last time she was asked, anyway, per Us Weekly. "I am way too focused on my career, and so is Robert. It's great for everyone, but I'm kind of loving where we're at right now, and I don't want to put pressure on anything," she said of a possible engagement.
