Inside Porsha Williams' Relationship With Dennis McKinley Today
Porsha Williams joined "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" as the wife of former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kordell Stewart. The Georgia native joined the popular Bravo series in Season 5 and has remained an integral part of the cast. However, Williams previously admitted that she thought her time on the reality show would end after her split from Stewart in 2013.
"When I was sitting on that couch [at the reunion], and I had asked my ex to come to the reunion, and he didn't come, I was like 'Lord, this is big,'" Williams recalled during an appearance on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen." Despite her messy divorce from Stewart, Williams remained on the popular show, and even took another shot at love.
In 2018, a rep for Williams confirmed to People that she was engaged to entrepreneur Dennis McKinley. "Dennis rented out a venue and took Porsha via helicopter there," the rep revealed. In addition to announcing their engagement, the couple also revealed that they were expecting their first child together. And while Williams and McKinley's romance started off promising, their relationship these days is much different.

Porsha Williams and Dennis McKinley's relationship was seemingly riddled with problems from the start. Eight months after the couple announced their engagement — and the impending birth of their child — the pair split. According to E! News, the separation came after fans noticed the reality star unfollowed her fiancé on Instagram. And while the true cause of the couple's separation was never revealed, internet sleuths speculated the breakup was prompted by an affair McKinley had with "WAGS Atlanta" star Sincerely Ward. McKinley and Ward have both denied the allegations, though McKinley did ultimately confess to cheating on the reality star.
During a 2019 episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," McKinley admitted he made a "poor decision" to cheat on his fiancé. "After PJ got here, postpartum was very real. We cried together like every night. That's not a good enough why, but that's the why," McKinley said. Ultimately, the couple decided to reconcile, as they worked on their relationship throughout the course of the show's 12th season. However, less than a year later, they split for good.
Despite their tumultuous time together, Williams and McKinley have maintained a seemingly healthy co-parenting relationship. Williams even shared a touching tribute to McKinley on Father's Day in 2021, along with a collection of photos and videos of the entrepreneur and their daughter, Pillar. "Your relationship with pooh bear is so beautiful! Pilar is a true daddy's girl and I love it," Williams wrote on Instagram.

Dennis McKinley appears to have no ill feelings toward his ex-fiancé, Porsha Williams. In May 2021, the reality star announced that she was engaged to Simon Guobadia — the ex-husband of fellow "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Falynn Guobadia. "Our relationship began a month ago—yes we are crazy in love. I know it's fast but we are living life each day to its fullest," Williams captioned her photo of the pair. "I get the optics but Simon filed for divorce from a previous marriage in January. I had nothing to do with their divorce filing." And, while several "RHOA" cast members weighed in on Williams' engagement, McKinley's response was shocking to many.
After the former Dish Nation host posted a picture of herself, McKinley, and Guobadia on Instagram, the Original Hot Dog Factory owner shared a message of support to his ex. "Congrats P! Cheers to your next chapter! Happy Mother's Day," McKinley commented under the photo.
