Muse Singer Matthew Bellamy Engaged To Girlfriend Elle Evans

Muse's lead singer and guitarist Matthew Bellamy is engaged to his longtime girlfriend, model Elle Evans. On Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017, Evans announced the big news on Instagram, sharing photos of the pair on the beach and a shot of her gorgeous new ring.

"Was going to surprise everyone on Christmas, but just can't wait any longer.... We are so happy to announce to the world that we are engaged!" she wrote in the post's caption. "Just a few days after my birthday, on the most romantic holiday of our lives, the man of my dreams asked me to marry him!"

She continued, "After tears of joy, gasps of shock, and a split second of disbelief, of course- I said YES! I can't imagine our lives apart. What I can imagine is a bright future full of love & light, family & friends, moments that turn into cherished memories, and a lifetime of pure bliss."

According to E! News, Bellamy popped the question while the pair enjoyed a vacation in Fiji.

Bellamy's engagement to Evans marks his third time as a fiancé. As E! News noted, Bellamy was previously engaged to Gaia Polloni, a psychologist, but the couple called it quits in 2009 before heading down the aisle. Later, in 2011, he became engaged to actress Kate Hudson, with whom he shares a son. However, the two split in 2014.
