RHOC Star Meghan King Edmonds Expecting Twins

The reality TV star just announced some major pregnancy news!

On Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017, Meghan King Edmonds took to Instagram to announce that she's expecting twin boys. 

"Surprise, surprise! We're having TWINS! Oh boy oh boy! 💙💙#doubletrouble #threeundertwo," the Real Housewives of Orange County star captioned a cute snapshot of herself with her husband, former MLB pro Jim Edmonds, and their daughter Aspen, 1.

As Nicki Swift previously reported, the mom-to-be initially announced her pregnancy in late November 2017. At the time, she was 10 weeks along. "Aspen is going to be a big sister!" Meghan wrote on her blog. 

"When Aspen was only a few months old, Jimmy and I knew we wanted to add another baby to the mix," she continued. "Yes, Aspen has half-siblings, but we wanted her to be able to share in the joy of waking up to a sibling every day of her life. Plus her half-siblings are completely enamored by Aspen and they LOVED the idea of expanding our family even more."

"We began the IVF process over the summer," Edmonds explained. "We started from scratch because we really wanted to have a boy (Jimmy has a total of five girls and one boy) and we only had two frozen female embryos. This was a difficult decision for us." However, as she hinted later in the post, it sounded like she had gotten her wish. "Oh, what about the biggest question: Boy or girl?" she wrote. "Think blue this time around!"

Meghan, 33, and Jim, 47, tied the knot in October 2014, and welcomed their daughter in November 2016. From the sounds of it, the television personality loves being a mom. "I'm so obsessed with motherhood," she told Entertainment Tonight in October, when she first revealed they were ready for more kiddos. "It's all consuming. It's all you do. That's all you care about. Everything else is just peripheral."
