Britney Spears To Perform Final Las Vegas Number On New Year's Rockin' Eve
The "Till the World Ends" singer just gave fans another reason to tune in to Dick Clark's festive TV broadcast.
Pop princess Britney Spears is slated to help ring in 2018 with a performance on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest on Dec. 31, 2017, reports E! News. Spears' number will be filmed at the AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, where Spears has enjoyed a four-year residency. Her performance will mark the end of her Las Vegas stay as well as the start of 2018.
According to Billboard, Spears will sing her hit songs "Toxic" and "Work B**ch."
This will be the first time Spears has appeared on New Year's Rockin' Eve since she performed "I'm Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman" in 2002.
Spears shared the good news herself on Instagram, posting a video announcing her upcoming performance and writing, "Going to be ending 2017 with the last #PieceOfMe show ever and a special performance on @rockineve!!"
As Nicki Swift previously reported, a number of big-name stars have already joined the show's lineup, including Camila Cabello, Nick Jonas, Halsey, and Alessia Cara. New Year's Rockin' Eve will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest with help from Jenny McCarthy, Ciara, and Lucy Hale.
The New Year's Eve show is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
