Eva Longoria, Husband Jose Baston Expecting First Child Together

The former Desperate Housewives star is going to be a mom!

Entertainment Tonight confirmed on Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2017 that Eva Longoria and her husband, José "Pepe" Bastón, will welcome a baby boy in the spring of 2018. While this is the cute couple's first child together, Bastón already has four children from a previous marriage: daughters Natalia and Mariana and sons Sebastian and José.

As Nicki Swift previously reported, the parents-to-be tied the knot in May 2016 in a beautiful ceremony in Valle de Bravo, Mexico, but still felt like newlyweds around the time of their one-year anniversary. "We're always like newlyweds," the 42-year-old actress dished to ET at the time. "Some days we feel like we've been married for 40 years and other days we feel like we've been married for two seconds—just depends on the day!"

Around that time, pregnancy rumors had begun swirling. However, Longoria, who recently retraced her Spanish roots, just laughed them off. As she told ET, when the time came for the married pair to expand their family, she would be sure to let the world know. In the meantime, she added, everyone should "simmer down!"

Longoria was also forced to refute the lingering pregnancy hearsay in April of this year via Snapchat while on vacation in Hawaii for her husband's 49th birthday. "I saw some pictures of myself really fat on a boat, and I have to tell you, all I did was eat cheese," she said at the time. "So that's the news of the day. I'm not pregnant."
