The Bachelor Stars Nick Viall And Vanessa Grimaldi Call It Quits

Say goodbye to yet another celeb couple. These two reality TV stars have gone their separate ways.

E! News reports that The Bachelor's Nick Viall and his fianceé Vanessa Grimaldi have ended their engagement—just five months after their big proposal aired on TV.

"It's with a great amount of heartbreak for the both us as we have decided to end our engagement," Viall and Grimaldi said in a joint statement. "We gave this relationship our all and we are saddened that we did not get the fairytale ending we hoped for. We will continue to be there for each other no matter what. This hasn't been an easy decision, however, as we part ways, we do so with lots of love and admiration for each other."

Viall, 36, had previously competed for love on two seasons of The Bachelorette and one season of Bachelor in Paradise before becoming the star of The Bachelor.
