Casey Affleck's Wife Files For Divorce

People magazine has confirmed that Summer Phoenix, the wife of Oscar-winning actor Casey Affleck, has filed for divorced.

The court filing comes after the couple announced their separation in November 2015. They wed in 2006 and have two sons together.

Phoenix "is asking for joint physical and legal custody of their children ... as well as spousal support," according to People. At the time of their separation, they were said to be remaining "very close friends."

In February, Affleck won an Oscar for his performance in the Kenneth Lonergan drama Manchester by the Sea. He is now dating Floriana Lima.
