Miranda Kerr Marries Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel
Congratulations to Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel!
The two wed on May 27, 2017 with an intimate ceremony at their Brentwood, Calif. home. E! News reports that the pair hosted fewer than 50 guests at their house—all close friends and family members.
"It was a small intimate wedding," a source told the celeb news site. "The vows were beautiful."
The insider also noted that Kerr, as could be expected, looked gorgeous—describing her appearance to be that of a "natural princess."
According to another source, cocktails were served outside under a tent around 4 p.m. and a pianist played "When You Wish Upon a Star," followed by a performance by a string quartet. E! News described the wedding decor as "rustic chic" and stated that the ceremony featured farmhouse tables, white benches, and pink roses.
"For a small wedding, it has been a huge production," a source told People magazine. "The wedding and reception are intimate, but lavish and classy. Miranda has been very involved. She has great taste and knew exactly what she wanted. She is very sweet. She is ecstatic to marry Evan."
After Kerr began dating Spiegel in June 2015, the 34-year-old announced her engagement to the 26-year-old Snapchat CEO on Instagram in July 2016, sharing a shot of her new ring.
Kerr was previously married to Lord of the Rings actor Orlando Bloom, with whom she shares a son, Flynn. This is Spiegel's first marriage.
Congrats again to the happy couple!
