Amanda Seyfried, Thomas Sadoski Welcome First Child
Congratulations to Amanda Seyfried and Thomas Sadoski!
The happy couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl, late Friday, March 24, 2017, E! News confirmed.
The tot's name has not yet been announced.
The birth announcement comes just a little over a week after Sadoski, 40, spilled the beans on The Late Late Show With James Corden that he and Seyfried, 31, had secretly eloped.
"We eloped! We just took off into the country with an officiant and just the two of us, and we did our thing," he said. "We had a great day. She's the person I love, admire, respect most in the world ... It was beautiful. It was everything that it should be. It was just the two of us talking to each other."
In August 2015, Seyfried told Marie Claire U.K. that she was eager to become a mom. "I keep feeling like my eggs are dying off. I need to get on it ... I want a child. Badly. I want to be a mother, badly," she said. "That's what I feel. I've been feeling it for like, two years. I'm not ready but nobody's ready. It changes everything ... So how you can ever be ready for that?"
It's the first child for Seyfried and Sadoski, who was previously married to Kimberly Hope from 2007 to 2015.
The couple first went public in early 2016. They confirmed their engagement in September 2016 and two months later confirmed they were expecting.
