George And Amal Clooney Expecting Twins

Talk about a Hollywood baby boom: Amal and George Clooney are expecting twins!

The Talk host Julie Chen spilled the beans about the Clooneys on Feb. 9, 2017, when she announced to the crowd, "Beyoncé is not the only superstar expecting twins. Congratulations are in order for George and Amal Clooney. The Talk has confirmed that the 55-year-old superstar and his highly accomplished 39-year-old attorney wife are expecting twins...The twins are due in June." A source close to the couple also confirmed the summer due date to Us Weekly.

There's been a slew of speculation about the state of Amal's womb for months after the svelte barrister began wearing garments that were looser than her usual style in public. Last month, a source told her native Lebanon's The Daily Star that Amal was pregnant with twins, but the couple did not confirm the happy news until today. Amal and George tied the knot in September 2014.

The Clooneys aren't the only beautiful couple who announced happy baby news today: model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and her longtime fiancé, actor Jason Statham, will also be parents soon. Whiteley announced her baby news on Instagram, showing off her bump in a bikini and writing, "Very happy to share that Jason and I are expecting!!" Whiteley, 29, and Statham, 49, have been dating for nearly six years. They announced their engagement at the 2016 Golden Globes, but have not announced a wedding date.
