America Ferrera Pregnant With First Child

The Superstore actress had one more reason to celebrate as she rang in the new year!

America Ferrera took to social media on Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017, to announce that she and her husband, Ryan Piers Williams, are expecting their first child together.

"We're welcoming one more face to kiss in 2018!" the Ugly Betty star wrote on Instagram, captioning a cute snapshot of herself and Williams wearing 2018 glasses and holding up a tiny onesie. "Wishing you #MásBesos in the New Year! #babybesos #HappyNewYear 😘."

While sharing the same sweet photo, Williams wrote, "Making room for new and beautiful things to come in 2018! #happynewyear."

The parents-to-be, who celebrated 12 years together in June 2017, first met when Ferrera, 33, was cast in a student film Williams, 36, created at the University of Southern California. After getting engaged in June 2010, the pair married a year later. 

As Ferrera told People following their engagement, "We kind of connected from the get-go on that professional level and that was something that really drew us to each other, a shared passion for what we do and our work."
