Prince Harry And Meghan Markle's Wedding Date Announced
The big day has been confirmed!
Us Weekly reports that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will marry on May 19, 2018. Kensington Palace confirmed the news on Friday, Dec. 15, 2017.
"His Royal Highness Prince Henry of Wales and Ms. Meghan Markle will marry on 19th May 2018," Kensington Palace tweeted out. "Today's announcement follows earlier confirmation of the month of the wedding and its location at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle."
As Nicki Swift previously reported, Harry and Markle announced their engagement in late November 2017. "His Royal Highness and Ms. Markle became engaged in London earlier this month," a statement from Clarence House revealed at the time. "Prince Harry has informed Her Majesty The Queen and other close members of his family. Prince Harry has also sought and received the blessing of Ms. Markle's parents."
Soon after, it was announced that Harry and Markle would wed at St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle in May 2018.
